How El Naturalista 2U Works

El Naturalista has allowed The Raw Shoe Company Ltd access to its weekly stock list, which shows what sizes of what styles El Naturalista currently has available in stock at its factory in Spain.

Raw takes this stock availability information and updates its website once a week. This means that, in the worst instance, El Naturalista 2U has stock availability information that is 7 days old.

If you see an item on El Naturalista 2U that you like, you purchase the item through the Raw Website, just as you would any other product offered on the site. Currently, Raw is unable to offer the El Naturalista 2U service through its network of stores.

When Raw receives your order and payment for a product offered through El Naturalista 2U, we will firstly check with the factory in Spain for current availability. If no stock is available, we will contact you immediately to let you know, normally via email. We will cancel your order in our system and we will refund you in full, including postage.

If stock is available, a pair are ordered for you. We will hold your payment as a 100% deposit against the order. If you cancel your order any time after we have ordered the shoes on your behalf from El Naturalista, we can only refund 60% of the value of the shoes.

Your items will be dispatched to us as part of a weekly delivery we have from Spain to our warehouse in Fleckney, England.

Once your item(s) reach us, we will check that they comply with your order, and are the correct size and colour. We will then dispatch them to your delivery address.

Due to the additional steps involved, you should allow at least 4 weeks between ordering items from El Naturalista 2U and them reaching you.
Whilst browsing the products available through El Naturalista 2U, you may see items marked with a symbol. This means that this line is stocked by Raw, and is available for immediate delivery. You may also see the same product listed twice, once with the "tick" symbol displayed, and once without. This means that the product is available from both the factory stock and Raw's own stock. You should check the sizes available for both product listings, as the factory may have different sizes in stock to Raw.

You should also note that styles bought from the El Naturalista 2U collection cannot be returned to us via one of our stores. All returns must be posted back to our head office in Fleckney. 

All other Terms and Conditions, including our Returns procedure, remain the same.
