The Raw Shoe Company Ltd is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains our data processing practices and your options regarding the ways in which your personal data is used.

What information do we collect and how do we use it?

• When you order from our web site, we will need to know your first and surnames, e-mail address, delivery address, credit or debit card number and the card's expiry date. We use this information to process and fulfil your order and to notify you of the status of your order.
• Your payment for all web-based transactions with Raw will be handled by Worldpay. At no time during, or after your transaction, will your payment card details be passed to Raw from Worldpay.
• You will be asked to supply this information every time you order from us.
• With both web or telephone-based orders, we will ask you to supply a daytime contact telephone number, preferably a mobile phone, which enables us to contact you urgently if there is a problem with your order. If a courier has a problem trying to deliver your order, and we are asked, we will pass your contact telephone number to them.
• We keep information about your purchase to assist us to predict trends and help us shape future product lines.
• From time to time, we will communicate with you about any items we think may be of interest to you such as Competitions, special offers, discounts or new lines. We will do this via email or Mobile text messaging. You will be given the opportunity to opt out of receiving such communication. Alternatively, simply send an e-mail to enquiries@rawshoe.co.uk at any time requesting you be excluded from further communication.

Do Raw use Cookies?

No.  Cookies are small pieces of information that are sent out from a server and stored by your browser on your computer's hard drive. We do not use them. We do, however, monitor customer traffic patterns and site usage to help us develop the design and layout of the store and understand what customers are interested in. We use Web Trends to undertake this. No personally identified information is used.

Who owns the data and is it disclosed to third-parties?

The rawshoe.com/rawshoe.co.uk website is owned and operated by The Raw Shoe Company Ltd, which is the sole owner of all information collected on the site.
The Raw Shoe Company Limited does not sell, trade, rent or give away your personal information to others. It is not part of a group and, therefore, does not pass your details to other group companies.
Raw may change it's disclosure policy in the future, but would communicate with each individual first in order to establish their willingness to participate and provide them with the opportunity to opt out.

In order to fulfil your transaction, we employ other companies and individuals to perform functions on our behalf. Examples include processing credit card payments and delivering packages.
